Sandwiches are trendy nowadays, and in this foodie town I’ve tried my share. But I have to say that Rhea’s Deli on Valencia has the tastiest vegan BBQ soy chicken sandwhich ever. They’ll even deliver! It’s not often I eat soy meat substitutes, but this sandwich is so worth it.
For about $8.50 you get one big roll split into two halves, with cole slaw, pepperoncinis if you want them, and a bunch of toppings. Perfect for a picnic in Dolores Park or on the go.
